Insurance
Transcend & Align Therapy accepts the following insurances: Aetna, Optum, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If you do not have these insurance providers, you may use your out of network benefits that may allow services to be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am able to provide you with paperwork (i.e. superbill) that you'll need to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Payment for services must be made at the time of your appointment.

If you are requesting superbills:
1) You must meet the criteria of a mental health diagnosis
2) You might have limits on session modality, time, and frequency
3) Your concerns will require “medical necessity” for coverage. I will not provide superbills if you don’t meet the full criteria for a qualifying mental health disorder.
